SHIPPING

Most of our items ship within 4-5 days of receiving your cleared payment and engraving information (if applicable). Many times your item will ship sooner. We ship via Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS at our discretion. Please provide a street address for shipment. No P.O. Boxes please. We would also appreciate a contact phone number in case the shipper needs to contact you regarding delivery of your purchase.

If you are requiring your purchase to be shipped to a military address - APO or FPO please contact us for a shipping quote prior to making your purchase.

If for some reason there is a delay in shipment of your item(s) we will notify you immediately. We are not responsible for items lost in transit once they leave our manufacturer's facility. If you are having a problem receiving your item, please let us know so we can help resolve the situation. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday exluding holidays and can take up to 7 business days to receive depending on the location we are shipping to.

Buyers outside of the 48 lower states please contact us regarding shipment of your item before purchasing.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS:

Your order is processed within 24 hours of receiving your payment. Cancellations cannot be processed after 24 hours.

The ultimate in care is taken to pack and ship your purchase. On the rare occasion that your item was damaged in transit or contains a manufacturer defect, please contact us immediately. If you need to return an item, please contact us for information on how to get your item back to our facility. If the item is deemed not defective the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
